I NEED SOME HELP!

hey everyone, i am entering a contest for photography. I have to take pictures of people. I am usually good with make up pics and nature. But i have to do a photo shoot and include the whole body. and it has to be in black and white.

Does anyone have any advise as to what i should dress the person in and what setting i should have them in?? I Have to make it seem paprazzi like. so it has to have movment. im just dead of ideas. and i need ten pics. Black and White. Due 29th of April.
